Requirements for this position are but not limited to:
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor’s Degree in graphic design or related field
• 1-3 years of related experience preferred
• Equivalent combination of education and experience
• Knowledge of Marketing Concepts
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills
• STRONG working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
• Fluent in MacOSX and Windows Operating Systems
Responsibilities for this position are but not limited to:
• Graphic design and production of some or all facets of print and web communication including:
o package design and labeling
o direct marketing
o trade show
o catalog
o web site design/content management
o email marketing
o product photo shoots
• Works autonomously and under the direction of a supervisor to produce design solutions for all marketing and merchandising needs
• Supports brand standards and applies best print approaches to translate concepts to application
• Provides several mockups/design options as needed and occasionally participate in developing strategies to improve consumer communication and brand identity
• Actively participates in creative reviews, develops credibility with business partners and is comfortable exploring differing points of view
• Prepares files for print production and coordinates printing with vendors
• Ensures that all finished artwork, product shots, sample images and copyright releases are kept organized for future reference
• Other projects and tasks as assigned by the Marketing Manager
