JOB SUMMARY:
Develops creative concepts for outdoor using up to date Macintosh and Adobe software (as well as good old fashioned paper and pencil)
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
• Operates and is proficient in industry computer applications.
• Manages and tracks all creative services projects through the department.
• Manages, and is responsible for, the overall level of creative produced from Creative Services as well as implementing growth plans as laid out by Corporate Director of Creative Services.
• Responsible for integrating digitized and computer generated images.
• Writes advertising copy for creative.
• Develops presentations and presents to artwork for client reviews.
• Is responsible for maintenance and back-up of all computer systems and data.
• Plans, lays-out and prepares art work for inclusion in proposals, direct mail campaigns, and product brochures, as directed by Corporate Director of Creative Services.
• Manages and directs the relationship between creative and revenue.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
Three to five years experience in graphic design or applicable advertising/media industries.
Must have creative services project management experience.
Must be highly organized and creative.
Highly proficient client presentation skills.
Must be able to work well under pressure on multiple creative problems.

Job Description
We're a Traverse City ad agency looking for a highly conceptual designer. The ideal candidate is comfortable developing concepts and taking projects from start to finish. We work on a variety of consumer and B2B projects, so the work is always fresh and fun. Our work has been recognized in Archive and Communication Arts. Our team consistently wins ADDY and Telly awards too.
